Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit the store or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked at checkout. The merchant operates from Lebanon and may serve approved customer markets internationally.

Store use

You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use its content in violation of applicable law.

Product information

We work to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, compatibility information and images. Displays and supplier updates can cause reasonable differences. Vehicle-fit products are not universal unless expressly stated. Products are not represented as crash-tested restraints or safety devices unless the product page identifies specific independent evidence.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order because of availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, destination restrictions, supplier limitations or legal requirements. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund. Products in one order may ship separately.

Prices, currency and payment

Storefront prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout, normally USD. Currency conversion, bank charges, duties and taxes may apply. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not ask customers to send funds through an unapproved personal payment link.

Shipping, returns and refunds

The Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law states otherwise. Do not return a product until you receive the authorized return instructions.

Intellectual property

The store’s original design, copy, graphics and branding are protected to the extent allowed by law. Supplier trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing framework

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Lebanon-based merchant, while preserving mandatory rights that apply in the customer’s location.

Changes and contact
