Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after confirmed delivery. Contact us through the store Contact page before sending any product back. Include your order number, reason for the request and, when relevant, clear photos or video.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all parts and instructions. We cannot accept unauthorized returns, items damaged by misuse or incorrect installation, personalized items, gift cards, or items designated final sale where permitted by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery. If the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund or another solution required by applicable law.

Return instructions and costs
Do not send products to the business address or to Lebanon unless we specifically instruct you to do so. The correct return destination depends on the product and supplier and will be provided after approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. We cover reasonable return or replacement costs for verified defective or incorrect items.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, or after we confirm that a physical return is not required. Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or where the order was defective, incorrect or not delivered.

Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins.

Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s location.
